Invoicing is extremely efficient. During a project or at the end of a project, each invoice takes only a minute to complete. It is sent by email to your customer. You can see on your dashboard that your customer has viewed the invoice. Once the payment is received, you simply indicate that the invoice has been paid. And that's all.

Never! hoptimize only checks the GPS position of the employee when the employee punches in/out. hoptimize never detects employee positions at other times. The purpose is simply to validate times employees arrive and exit sites as agreed.

Hoptimize will bank and distribute hours in cases where employees exceed or go under a 40-hour work week for example. During a slow week, hoptimize will take hours from the employee's banked hours to make up and pay for a 40-hour work week.
Quite simple. Each day, a supervisor at the site or manager at the office validates the team time stamps/punches. All they need to do is to click on the "validate" button. Every week, the administrator or head can view the total weekly hours and approve timesheets for payroll.
